Questions

Can I send a PDF by post without an account?

Yes. Upload the PDF, enter the sender and recipient addresses, and you get an exact, VAT-included price. There is no signup and no subscription: you pay that one letter and it is posted.

What does it cost to post a PDF?

The price depends on the destination, the number of pages, the postal service and colour printing. The quote shows the full total before payment and is capped at €50 per letter.

Which countries can I post to?

Letters to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States are printed and posted by a partner in that country. Other countries can receive a standard international letter, sometimes handled manually with a longer delay shown in the quote.

What happens to my PDF, and can I get proof?

It is stored privately, never at a public address, and screened for abusive content before the quote. Tracked and registered services add tracking and proof; proofs are kept for 10 years. A paid letter that cannot be posted is refunded automatically.

Can an AI agent send a letter?

Yes — through this website, the REST API or the hosted MCP server, without an account. Many agents cannot pay by themselves and will hand you a payment link instead.
